Overview

Overview of Suggested Work Processes

State organization goals and objectives are to be determined and refined in our public and private state forums, committees and working groups all of which this site enables.

Committees and working groups have group names, group members,? and public or private group documents which the group or sub-groups work to develop.? These groups are listed in the Groups menu for this site.

At the group’s moderators and state site leadership’s discretion some or all group names, some or all group members, and some group documents can be made public and others made private.? Your site administrator enables those privacy changes according to your leadership’s instructions.

In addition to group moderators being able to post site content on a related state campaign Facebook group, and in addition to using 3rd party teleconference, audio and video conferencing service for live group communications, state site group members can also communicate privately on this site via text-chat, audio-chats and video-chats.? In some cases described elsewhere everything involved in a live meeting presentation or exchange or views can be recorded and put in a group documents archive of group meetings.

Archived multi-media documents for the site, for the multi-site, and for site groups can be made available for review at any time by anyone or by “authorized” site users who have certain site roles.? That authorization and user roles are discussed elsewhere.

I.e. if properly managed discussion ideas, shared information, however “insignificant” or “critically important” which may have been casual remarks in people’s opinions and in their attitudes are not lost.

That information can be extremely helpful not only in preserving group and party “memory”, knowledge, providing details about best and worst practices and other group-process information for future groups of activists to study, learn from, and improve upon, but also the archived information can help existing semi-functional or dysfunctional groups, with the help of a competent counselor, psychologist, or social worker, overcome their dysfunctions and become more cooperative, more easily collaborative, and thus more efficient and effective in achieving our goals and objectives.
