All Test Sites are “Down” Indefinitely

jgw191104: I only very recently discovered serious flaws in 1+ WordPress plugins and in two WordPress databases.  My work for the next several weeks at least will be to find and fix all those flaws and restore the most critical ‘show case’ databases for public viewing, i.e. gpus-wp and gpca-wp.
